Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers is a tire shop in Cary, North Carolina. It is listed at 1811 N Harrison Ave, Cary, NC 27513, which places it among the local businesses of Cary that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by. Tire shops sell and install new tires, patch punctures, balance wheels and, at most locations, align the suspension. Prices are quoted per tire plus mounting, balancing, valve stems and a state disposal fee for the old set; many shops price-match and include free rotation and flat repair for the life of the tire. Used tire shops sell inspected take-offs for a fraction of the price of new ones, useful for an older car or a single replacement, but check the tread depth (4/32 inch or more) and the DOT date code, since rubber ages even on the shelf. Mobile tire services come to your driveway or the roadside, commercial shops handle semi, trailer, farm and off-road tires, and wheel shops repair and refinish bent or curb-scraped rims.

The oil change I came iin for was fine. But when I said my wiper wash was not working I was told there was a $140 service charge just to get an estimate. I ended up getting the work done elsewhere for $100 and no service charge for an estiate. This used to be my go-to shop for tires, oil change, small repairs but now I refuse to step foot in it. Sorry.

Service used to be amazing, not sure what has happened!!!???? My husband brought our Tesla in to get a tire plugged, you could see a small nail in it. (They plugged one for us last summer on the same Tesla) When he got home and I went to drive the Tesla, I noticed they completely scratched the RIM of our wheel and didn’t even mention a thing !!!!!!!! Sent an email to Corporate, but no response as of today.

We scheduled an alignment on a 2015 ford 250 due to a front end rebuild at 2:30 pm on 6/20/2026. We returned after an hour and a half and the truck was still on the lift and was advised by the mechanic he did not know how much longer it would take. We sat outside the shop for about 15 more minutes before we were called and told that some things were loose but shop could not advise what was loose and asked if we wanted them to tighten these items for an hourly labor rate of 168 dollars. We advised we would tighten said items that we weren’t even told what was loose. Shop advised to return in 30 to 45 minutes and alignment would be completed. When we returned we were told alignment could not be completed due to said loose items that shop still could not tell us what was loose. The drivers side floor board has grease in it due to mechanic stepping inside vehicle without putting a paper mat down and grease prints were left on the door handle

I’m really disappointed with my experience. I’ve had my car for 9 years and have had multiple tire changes during that time β€” I usually go to Discount Tire β€” and I have never once had my rims scratched. I chose this location simply because it was close to my work and convenient, but unfortunately that convenience didn’t pay off. I dropped my car off at 7:30 AM. When I returned at 3:15 PM, my car still was not ready. I called at 11:45 AM to check on the status and was told they didn’t have my tires yet and they had to go pick them up. I called again at 1:30 PM because I had somewhere to be at 3:30 PM, and I was told they were actively working on my vehicle and that it would be ready in 45 minutes. It was not. To make matters worse, when I finally got my car back, I noticed my rims were scratched. I only needed two rear tires replaced due to a nail in one tire, so this was a very straightforward job. The two men I interacted with were very kind and polite, which I do appreciate. However, the quality of work and the long delays were very disappointing. I trusted my vehicle would be handled with care, especially for such a simple service, and unfortunately that wasn’t the case. πŸ˜•

Went into Mr Tire, with a blown tire- at 2:00pm - Randy was helpful and transparent about getting my car ready for a trip that same day. They didn’t have my wheel in stock but he searched and got the tires in the shop and had my car ready before 5pm same day. Overall great experience and the cost was below what my Volvo dealership quoted and the turn around time was faster.
